Irrespective of the above policies, Vtrio reserves the right to disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if we conclude, at our sole discretion, that such an action is necessary to preserve the integrity of the company or;

Vtrio is concerned about controlling unsolicited commercial e-mail or "spam". Vtrio has a strict Anti-Spam Policy prohibiting the use of Vtrio-provided e-mail account or Services and/or the use of Vtrio brand or name to send and/or initiate the sending spam.

5.6 Transfer of Assets and Ownership

Vtrio may, at its sole discretion, as a business strategy or expansion program sell or purchase assets. In the event of Vtrio Solutions being acquired in part of in full by another entity or being sold to another entity, the information we have collected, managed and processed through the voluntary participation of the users of this Site and/or Service may be transferred to such an entity and used by that entity for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Vtrio maintains online data security by enforcing and implementing various techniques and technologies. As such, access to all personal information is strictly controlled and verified. When personal information is transmitted or transferred we use an advanced encryption technology called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect the transfer of data from unauthorized access. While on a secure page, such as the Checkout page in a shopping cart, a lock icon appears on the bottom of the user's web browser. Vtrio's main servers are operated from a dedicated Internet hosting facility with state-of-the-art physical security features including smoke and fire detection and suppression systems, 24 hour secure access, video camera surveillance and security breach alarms.

We restrict access to personal information to Vtrio employees on a need-to-know basis. Every employee has to enter into a confidentiality agreement with us and is bound by it. Breach of this confidentiality agreement may subject these individuals to discipline including, but not limited to, immediate termination and prosecution to the fullest extend permitted by law. Furthermore, all our employees are kept up-to-date with regular updates on our security measures and privacy practices.
